Illegal almost everywhere

Any sexual imagery of minors, real or generated. Sexual imagery of a real, identifiable person without their consent, which an increasing number of jurisdictions treat as a specific offence. Every tool on this bench prohibits both, and we exclude any that does not.

Grey areas

Commercial use of the outputs depends on the tool’s terms and on whether the model’s licence allows it. Some jurisdictions restrict specific fictional content. Payment processors have their own rules, which is why tools change their policies without warning; Tensor.Art dropping adult content in 2025 is the recent example.

Read the tool’s terms for commercial use. Do not use reference images of real people. Keep outputs private unless the terms and your local law clearly allow otherwise.
